Have a Question? Check here first! Q.Do I have to be in shape to attend a class? A. If you want to attend our M.O.M. FIT class or intro class to RUN FIT all fitness levels are welcome as we will modify exercises to meet your fitness level. Our M.O.M. is FIT class requires evaluation before class participation.
Q. Can I join a class after the session has started? A. Yes! As long as there is space available to accomodate you.
Q. What should I bring to class? A. Wear sneakers, comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle and mat or towel. All stroller types are welcome except umbrella strollers. You are responsible for making sure your baby is properly secured. If you are a part of the M.O.M. is FIT class you will be provided with information regarding specific equipment needs.
Q. Why join a stroller fitness program? A. No need for additional child care costs, meet like minded spouses, form a great support network and get fit!
Q. How old does my infant need to be to attend M.O.M. FIT class? A. Babies should be 6 weeks old and secured in an infant car seat during class session until the age of 3 months. After that a reclining stroller with additional neck support is required. MOMS should be 6 weeks postpartum or 8 weeks after a csection and have a note of clearance from their doctor or midwife.
